1kW LDMOS Amp Back in 2012 I built my first LDMOS amplifier, it was a gift for my 2m EME-addicted girl friend DM8YL / SV2KBS :) Some years later I built a RF version of it and again some years later I integrated a HF and VHF brick into one chassis.
